MY STORY
With many years spent in marketing communications agencies, I started to work as a marketer in the technology sector. I got to like this world. I take it a challenge to „translate” complex products, services, portfolios into concepts that are easy-to-understand. Marketing however is often perceived in an ambivalent way at some tech SMEs. The company culture is so much driven by the „invention” itself, that the values of other business functions like marketing may be less recognized.
Working for SMEs, I learned the hard way to cope with the bottlenecks of marketing coming from the lack of resources. The budget is always tight. Therefore often just marketing experiments are made without longer-term commitment, which may not bring the results expected. That’s how I’ve developed the approach which I apply today as a Marketing Architect. A way to ensure the right competence, without becoming a burden on my clients’ budget.

MY CREDO
There are critical moments in the development of a company, when you, as business leader, need to give it all. When you must get out from the “autopilot” mode of managing your operation and turbo-charge the business. At these times, it makes sense to involve extra resources that will lay the groundwork for the coming period. I believe that any SME can benefit from a well thought out marketing framework, managed with sophistication. This is within reach for those who are open to it, without employing a senior professional full-time.
WORK EXPERIENCE
I have been involved in marketing and marketing communication for more than 20 years.
I started my career at leading, multinational full-service agencies, where I learned the basics of account services from planning to execution. I had the chance to work on brands of renowned clients such as GM, GSK, Nokia, Telekom, Unilever or Vodafone. In the past years, I drove the marketing function at Hungarian SMEs, startups, software development companies. I managed the marketing operation independently, with the involvement of marketing partners and agencies.
I am able to look at marketing from a helicopter view, but if necessary I can deep dive into the implementation, solving specific problems.
